Will the home be ready for services? REQUIRED

Due to the high volume of work coming in, we are only able to accept properties that will be "Showing Ready." By clicking this you are acknowledging it is your responsibility as the agent to make sure the property is ready prior to appointment time. Any properties not ready will be subject to a $100 fee.

Yes, the property will be 100% ready when you arrive. If it is not ready for reasons within my control, I understand that I will be subject to a $100 fee.

Cancellation policy: Photography appointments cancelled or rescheduled the morning of, or no-shows, are subject to a $75 fee; the slot can't be refilled at short notice. Cancel the night before or earlier and there's no fee. Acts of god (weather, family emergency) are always waived. You can self-cancel from your dashboard.
