Our High End MLS Photography package is a step above the standard MLS option, designed for homes that deserve the highest level of detail and quality. Using a nine shot HDR bracket, we capture a much wider range of color and light to produce exceptionally clear, vibrant images with accurate tones and crisp window views.

This method allows us to preserve both interior and exterior details within the same shot, giving each photo more depth and realism. It's ideal for homes with large windows, complex lighting, or premium finishes that should be shown exactly as they appear in person.

Our Aerial Photography package is designed for agents who want more than just a basic overhead shot. This is for listings that deserve to be seen from every angle. Every shoot is handled by one of our FAA Part 107 certified and insured drone pilots. All our pilots are also professional photographers, which means you're not just getting someone who can fly... You're getting someone who understands composition, lighting, and storytelling from the air. The result is a gallery of well framed, visually compelling drone images that are just as polished as the rest of your listing content.

Each aerial package includes 10 to 15 high resolution images, delivered within 24 hours through ZeMi Designs. If you also ordered our High End package and you'd like your aerials to match the visual style of our High End MLS Photography, we're happy to send them through our editing team for the same high end treatment at no additional charge.

Our On Site Twilight Photography package is designed to create show stopping exterior shots that capture your listing at the most visually dramatic time of day. We arrive on location at sunset and spend up to an hour photographing the property, using advanced lighting and exposure techniques to showcase the home in its best light... literally.

This is not a simulation. These images are captured during the golden hour and enhanced with the same expert editing techniques we use in our Daylight to Twilight conversions, ensuring rich skies, glowing windows, and beautifully lit exteriors... every time.

We've measured over 3,500,000 sq ft and over 1,350 residential homes in the Charlotte metro area.

All measurements follow ANSI Z765 standards and are NCREC compliant. You receive a detailed report breaking down HLA and non HLA areas, with a professional sketch for your transaction file.
