1. Services
ZeMi Designs provides real estate appraisals, floor plan drawings, and Heated Livable Area (HLA) measurements for residential and commercial properties in the Carolinas.
2. Service Requests
Submitting a service request does not guarantee an appointment. We review all requests and confirm within 24 hours. We reserve the right to decline any request at our discretion.
3. Pricing & Payment
Estimated pricing is shown at checkout based on service type and square footage range. Actual pricing may vary based on property complexity and is confirmed before work begins. A 50% deposit is due upon appointment confirmation. The remaining balance is due upon project completion, before deliverables are released. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations made before work begins are eligible for a full refund of the deposit. Once work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. Disputes are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us to discuss any concerns.
5. Deliverables
Completed deliverables are provided as PDF files via a secure download link. Download links expire 30 days after issuance. It is the client's responsibility to download and save their files within this period. Expired links may be reissued upon request.
6. Accuracy & Standards
Floor plan measurements follow ANSI Z765 standards. Appraisals are prepared in compliance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). While we exercise professional care, ZeMi Designs is not liable for decisions made based on our reports.
7. Intellectual Property
Deliverables are provided for the client's personal or professional use. ZeMi Designs retains rights to its methodology, processes, and proprietary systems.
8. Limitation of Liability
ZeMi Designs' total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
